Jabra – a Leading Brand in Hands-free Communications SolutionsIt’s a hands-free future, whether you’re talking to your friends, listening to your music, or conducting business in the office or in a contact center. And GN, led by the Jabra brand, continues to build on its standing as one of the world’s leading and fastest growing suppliers of headset solutions.
It all started in 1869, in Copenhagen, when the Great Northern Telegraph Company, later GN Store Nord, opened its doors with the idea of uniting the trading capitals of Europe and Asia by stringing telegraph cables across the continents and under the seas.
In 1987 GN Netcom (now GN) was founded under the GN Store Nord umbrella. Since launching its first headset, Stetomike, the company has launched and marketed a long list of innovative headset solutions.
In 2000 GN launched the world’s first mobile Bluetooth headset establishing its position as a global innovator in personal communications. This was also the year when GN strengthened its position as a leading global provider of communications solutions by acquiring the Jabra Corporation, a corporation founded in San Diego in 1993 with the purpose of exploring the vast possibilities of hands-free communication.
Headset Sales Ltd. are extremely proud to be appointed GN Jabra Gold Partners.
