If you have a headset originally purchased new which has developed a fault within its manufacturers 2 year warranty period please follow the NEW procedure below.

The MANUFACTURER will repair or replace the headset for you free of charge if it is under warranty.

This NEW procedure is designed to make this whole process much quicker and simpler for you, the end user customer of Plantronics or GN Jabra.

PLANTRONICS HEADSETS

If you have a Plantronics headset within the manufacturer 2 year warranty period simply call Plantronics on 0800 410 014 – choose option 1

It is important you have the faulty headset with you when you call. They will take your details and the headset details and sort out a repair / replacement directly with you. This is a quick and simple process.

If you have a GN Jabra headset within the manufacturer 2 year warranty period simply call GN Jabra on 08444 771 630
