Customer Terms and Conditions


In this agreement the terms have the following meanings:

  1. "Customer" means the user or buyer purchasing a Product from Headset Sales Ltd.
  2. "Supplier" means any supplier who Headset Sales Ltd. markets the Products of.
  3. "Agreement" means the contract between Headset Sales Ltd. and the Customer to which these conditions will apply.
  4. "Product" is the item that Headset Sales Ltd. will market on behalf of the Supplier.


This Agreement shall apply to all Products purchased by a Customer via the Headset Sales Ltd. web site. By agreeing to these Terms your statutory rights are not affected.


All online transactions are in £ GBP and are processed by SagePay or PayPal:

Both Sage Pay and PayPal provide a secure purchasing environment online and handle the credit and debit card payments displayed on the relative payment page.

Headset Sales Ltd DO NOT handle or store your credit or debit card details at any time during or after the purchase process.

We accept the following major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Once your order is complete and you successfully submit payment through the chosen payment service you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your order. This means that your bank has authorised the transaction.

Order Shipment and Delivery

The customer will choose their preferred shipping option during the purchase process. Not all shipping options may be available based on delivery location and / or order value.

UK Delivery - FREE:

We offer FREE delivery within the UK for all orders over £50 excluding VAT. Delivery will be within 7 working days of receiving your order (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) . If you choose this option your order is not insured and is sent at your risk.

UK Delivery - 3 Working Day Insured:

Delivery will be within 3 working days of receiving your order (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).Insured for up to £500

UK Delivery - Next Working Day Insured:

Delivery will be next working day (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) Insured for up to £1000.

Further bespoke delivery options may be available including timed deliveries, weekend deliveries and higher insurance levels - please Contact Us for your specific requirements prior to purchase.

Damaged Items and Incorrect Items

PLEASE check your order at time of receipt and advise of damage immediately on 0151 653 8082 ideally whilst the delivery person(s) are still on site.

All damaged and incorrectly shipped items must be notified within 24hrs of receipt. In all instances please KEEP ALL PACKAGING for inspection and take photographs to document the damage.

Cancelation of an Order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please e-mail hello@headsetsales.co.uk or telephone 0151 653 8082 detailing your order number and the date of order. If the order has not already shipped from Headset Sales Ltd a full and immediate refund will be made.

If the item has shipped then the customer will need to arrange for its safe and complete return before a refund can be made. Please see the returns policy below.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase we will offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Goods must be returned to Headset Sales Ltd in perfect condition and accompanied by all original manufacturers packaging and the order confirmation. Headset Sales Ltd is not liable for postage, shipping or taxes due on returned goods. Please take into account postage and shipping times when returning goods.

We recommend using Recorded or Special Delivery or courier when returning Products since Headset Sales Ltd. will not be responsible for Products lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if Products are faulty or an error has been made on the part of Headset Sales Ltd.

Headset Sales Ltd comply with the distant selling regulations, however we reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking fee (up to 25%) of the original cost purchase price for items that are returned and that we cannot resell as 'new'. This can include but is not exclusive to:

- Items returned in damaged / ripped packaging
- Items returned in non-original packaging
- Items returned incomplete, for example user manuals missing
- Items returned due to lack of delivery access.

It is the Customers responsibility to make sure the returned Products are correctly and sufficiently packed to prevent damage in transit.

Items damaged in return transit to Headset Sales Ltd may result in a reduced refund dependent on the condition up to 100% of the price paid.

Tax and VAT Charges

Headset Sales Ltd. is UK VAT Registered. Our UK VAT registration number is: GB 884 2577 82

VAT is charged on all orders at the current rate.

Customs and tax charges may be applicable for shipping to countries out with the European Union (EU). Headset Sales Ltd. endeavour to put the correct Customs Clarifications / Commodity Codes on parcels. However, we cannot be held responsible for import duties and charges incurred by the Customer

EU Member States (as at May 2007) include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All Products distributed by Headset Sales will remain the Supplier's intellectual property. Any Design produced by a Supplier carries a copyright and cannot be reproduced without written consent.

The Customer will not hold Headset Sales Ltd. responsible for any infringement of copyright relating to copy contained within a Product.

It is the Supplier's responsibility to ensure that any Product Design is lawful, does not infringe any Copyright or any other laws.

Alterations to Terms of Business

Headset Sales Ltd. reserves the right to alter these Terms of Business at any time and will replace the Terms of Business on our web site when we do so.

Distance Selling Regulations

Distance selling means selling and buying by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV. Such transactions are covered generally by normal buying and selling legislation, but they are also covered by special Distance Selling Regulations.
