How it Works

Money back for your old kit is great news for companies who regularly need to upgrade their company hardware. From handsets to headsets, we’ll buy back your old equipment to help you budget for new. Here’s how it works:

  1. Get in touch – Give us a call and we’ll prepare a quote based on the amount of equipment you’re selling, the make and model information, and the overall condition.
  2. Send your kit – When we’ve reached an agreement, you send us your old kit for testing.
  3. We test it – To check your old equipment is as described and in good working order, we’ll test it and get in touch if there are any problems.
  4. We buy it – Once we’ve agreed a deal with you, we’ll give you cash for your kit that can be put towards upgrades.

Want to Repair Rather than Dispose Of?

We also offer a repair service for brands such as Plantronics, Jabra, Sennheiser, Avaya, Cisco, Siemens and others, wherein we can save you the cost of buying new equipment altogether. For example, we can repair or refurbish most telephones and headsets on the marketplace. We offer this service free of charge for the first five products you send to us.

If the equipment in question can be refurbished, we can do this for you at an appropriate charge (which will save you money in the long run).

How We Dispose of Your Irreparable Equipment

On the other hand, if the equipment is beyond repair and therefore has no value, we will dispose of it at no cost to you, and we will provide you with a WEEE certificate.

Our distribution warehouse and UK logistics operation provides for the easy collection, sortation, rework and disposal of these products. Over the past two years, we have allied ourselves with WEEE-certified bodies that are authorised to dispose of any equipment that cannot be refurbished and reused, in an environmental compliant way.

How We Work

We make the process as simple as possible. All we require from you is a list of goods and equipment that you are looking to dispose of or get repaired. We will then come back to you with a genuine offer or a quotation of work required for your approval. Once approved, we will collect the goods, raise a purchase order, confirm the itinerary and pay you for the purchase of your goods.

This service has a full audit and tracking system, so that we can provide you with a certificate of destruction together with a serial-numbered list of all the relevant assets.
